SANHA® heater connections
System description
SANHA®-Heat heating connections comprise a wide and practical range of connection elements. This includes all the items required for professional installation, such as chrome-plated and nickel-plated radiator screw connections up to pressure level PN 10 with various threaded, press and soldered connections, crossing fittings for mixing-free crossing of pipes, crossing distributors and much more.
The SANHA® crossing tees and distributors on one or two levels are ideal for both new buildings and existing buildings. T-pieces and distributors with and without insulation box can be laid easily and in a space-saving manner within the thermal and impact sound insulation of the floor.
By using the SANHA® crossing tee, expensive distributor components and installation work can be avoided because it can be used, for example, instead of two tees.
It can be used, for example, instead of two T-pieces and a bend. In addition, up to two crossover tees pressed one after the other can be used without expansion compensation. The SANHA® crossing tees save time, money, space and height.
Products
The screed distributor can be easily installed within the thermal and impact sound insulation of the floor to save space and costs. The use of the SANHA® screed distributor allows for a very variable installation, because it can be combined in any number of pieces, taking into account the thermal change in length.
For a particularly simple and time-saving connection of heating elements, a CU-VN block including insulation box is also available.
As heating connections depend on the system used, material and other factors, please refer to the relevant series for operating conditions:
Features
Advantages of the block for the installer
- Particularly rational and time-saving connection of radiators
- The heater does not have to be assembled and disassembled for pressure testing. This eliminates the risk of damage and the theft of radiators during the construction work
- Prefabricated connecting pitch of 50 mm
- No additional pressure testing of heating pipes required
- Pressure test and test heating without radiator connection possible
- Especially recommended for installation in winter
- No interim storage, prevents damage to the radiator to final assembly
Benefits for the client
- Visually pleasing radiator ports since connection cables are not visible
- No disturbing radiators leads into the floor, no cumbersome adjustment work when laying the floor covering
- Easy cleaning of the floor covering
Particular advantages of the SANHA® screed manifold
- Full compatibility with all common pressing jaws and pressing machines for metallic materials
- Very simple, clean and safe installation, thus short assembly times
- The flat design provides low soil structure
- Particularly suitable for installation in inaccessible areas
- Allows space-saving crossing lines
- No space is required for heating manifolds
- Complete floor distribution in press technology
Particular advantages of the SANHA® crossing tees
- Full compatibility with all pressing jaws and tools for metallic materials with the original contours SA, M and V
- Very simple, clean and safe installation, thus short assembly times
- The flat design provides low soil structure
- Particularly suitable for installation in inaccessible areas
- Allows space-saving crossing lines
- No space required for heating manifolds
- Complete floor distribution in press technology
- Prefabricated connecting pitch of 50 mm
Practical considerations for crossing tees
When turning a crossover tee Pay attention to the outlets for supply (V) and return (R). In addition, a maximum of two axially compressed successively crossing tees may be used without expansion compensation. The thermal change in length is considered. For this, the heat and sound insulation must be adapted to the appropriate places.
